The Cultural Commissioning Programme is working hard to strengthen the environment for cultural commissioning! Their programme of support is now being launched to help arts and cultural organisations engage with public service commissioning and diversify their income. From 2014 to 2016, they will work with arts and cultural organisations, and with commissioners, to build knowledge, skills and understanding, and to bring these sectors together. Get involved in the programme and find out how their various workstreams can match your needs.

The Cultural Commissioning Learning Programme delivers high quality training to middle and senior managers in arts organisations, museums and library services, including those responsible for developing new funding streams and winning contracts. Through intensive learning, with input from commissioners, it will strengthen your ability to engage with commissioning and generate new income.

With support from Arts Council England, the Cultural Commissioning Programme offers four days of bespoke training for just £180. For organisations trading at less than £25,000 per annum, the cost is £120. This includes lunches, access to a peer learning network and course materials.

The programme is coming to the South West, in partnership with Effervescent and Attik Dance.
