Swamp Circus Trust is a charity focused on using circus skills to improve the lives of children, young people and adults. Our highly experienced entertainers deliver outstanding performances, alongside team building workshops, channelling profits into our educational project Circo Kernow. As part of this project we run subsidised after-school clubs to improve health and well-being in the local community. We are specialists in dance, acrobatics, aerial, fire, glow, comedy, mime productions.
An opportunity has arisen to work within Swamp Circus Trust for an administrator; including event co-ordination and HR work.
Including, but not limited to:
Answering phone calls and managing enquiries
Contracting and liaising with clients and artists for bookings
Maintaining office and filing
Arrange meetings and minute taking
Sales invoice processing
Managing petty cash
Annual salary £15,600
