Tale Torbay is an immersive, unique arts trail experience for all ages.

"The Tale guides you on a journey of discovery around the coast of Torbay – from the streets of Torquay, through hidden coves and historic harbours of Brixham, to the quarry of Berry Head Nature Reserve."

"Along the way you’ll encounter performances and installations from internationally acclaimed artists, created especially for Torbay."

The first weekend of this immersive experience has passed, however there is still the time for you to take part in this rare and unique arts event inspired by the writings of Philip Hoare, author of the book RISINGTIDEFALLINGSTAR.

If you'd like to be submerged in an autobiographical and cultural arts trail of Torbay and its surrounding areas, the weekend dates for this event range from Fri 15 – Sun 17 September and Fri 22 - Sun 24 September 2017.

Not only will there be installations and performances throughout the weekend but there will also be an array of extra events, artist masterclasses, wild swims and workshops.

Ticket information and art trail details can be found here: www.the-tale.co.uk. Alternatively you can read Tale Torbay's article highlighting the events full narrative over on TheGuardian.com.

Social media coverage of the event can also be found on the Twitter page of Situations UK.
