Vote for BPM to win Classic FM’s Best Classical Music Education Initiative at this year’s Music Teacher Awards for Excellence.
Bristol Plays Music needs your support!
Great news, Bristol Plays Music has been shortlisted for three awards at this year’s Music Teacher Awards for Excellence, including the prestigious Music Education Council Major Award, of which we were last year’s winner.
As well as the Major Award, BPM have also been shortlisted for Best Digital Resource for ‘A Minute of Listening’ and the Best Classical Music Education Initiative Award for their Monteverdi 450 Project, which is open to public vote, and is where you come in!
The Best Classical Music Education Initiative Award is sponsored by Classic FM and the winner is decided by public vote, so BPM are calling on our supporters to vote for the Monteverdi 450 project.
The project was a collaboration between some of the world’s leading early music specialists from Monteverdi Choir and Orchestras and Bristol Plays Music. Young singers and musicians from across the South West gathered for three days of inspiring workshops and to experience the dress rehearsals of ‘Il Coronazione di Poppea’ and L‘Orfeo’ with maestro Sir John Eliot Gardner himself.
Please support Bristol Plays Music and the inspirational experiences they are able to give to young people by voting for us on Classic FM below.
The deadline of the 2nd Feb is fast approaching so don’t delay and VOTE today!
