Cultural Education in Cornwall
Vibrant, distinct, creative, culture flourishes across Cornwall, from the world renowned visual art of West Cornwall; to the theatre of Kneehigh and Wildworks; the heritage of the Cornish diaspora; innovation at the Eden Project; and specific local feasts. Cultural education is at the heart of much of this work, in and out of schools, with many young people undertaking the Arts Award to recognize their achievements.
The creative industries are one of the key growth sectors, with digital arts and technology offering particular opportunities in rural and isolated areas.
