Arts Award at Bodmin College
15 years after achieving his Arts Award, director and chroreographer Tom Jackson-Greaves returned to his former school, Bodmin College, to help with their production of Mary Poppins. We went down with Sean Hurlock Photography to capture the magic of Arts Award and how much of a difference it makes to the school.
15 Years of Arts Award
Bodmin College are one of the longest-delivering Arts Award Centres in the south west, having been there since the start. The award allows the whole school to work together, from year 7 to year 11, nurturing a real cameraderie and allowing students to develop the skills to overcome social, personal and professional barriers.
“Arts Award is like the blood that runs through the veins of the school.”
Alison Dures, Head of Performance
